Kotak Mahindra Bank — Request for Marking Lien of RS 5000.00 credited through UPI, in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ac [protected] of Aftab Alam

Respected Sir/Madam,

Our Customer Sri Serajul Hoda, On[protected] creditted Rs 5000.00 Through mobile Banking UPI linked with his Sb account [protected] Wrongly. The Benificiery UPI ID was [protected]@upi. The same amount was credited in the Kotak Bank having IFSC Code KKBK0005076, account number [protected] of Aftab Alam on[protected] vide UPI Ref No UPI[protected]e448bfaa9be9c321becbf9.

We are unable to find the E Mail ID of the Kotak Mahindra Branch having IFSC Code KKBK0005076, at Allahabad, Kakkar Road.
Hence we are reqyesting to raise this issue with the Kotak bank and provide the account holder contact details, and also raise the Request for holding Funds in Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Please mak lien in the concerned account as this is the wrong transactions and also requesting to furnish the Contact details so that we cane request for its refund from the wrong beneficiary,
