[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Reversal of charges levied on credit card | |||||

Jan 28, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved my final conclusion to resole my complaint is the company should give waiver for my final payment done on 19/12/2015 for which they committed. and recall the penalty levied on me as of now,
i got an email from executive of that bank his email id [email protected]
and his mobile number is +918885577259 and i got a call from the manager of the same organisation also his mobile number is +918886064477.
when i am making payment the above two persons confirmed for full and final settlement .
my actual transaction is Rs.750 only even though i have paid Rs, 2000 for settlement including transaction amount... Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
