Kotak Mahindra Bank — Surprise card block my kotak | |||||
I have been come to know that my Credit card ( [protected] ) has been blocked without giving me any Intimation. This is really shocking as I do not have any Bad credit or any Fraud with any other bank. I am using this only credit card which was offered when I took Personal Loan with Kotak. THIS IS REALLY VERY PATHETIC SERVICE BY KOTAK MAHINDRA CARD TEAM. I am still not understand why the card had been blocked even though I have been paying the bills on time. It's my request to kindly take my request on approval basis to unlock the card.
