Kotak Mahindra Bank — the complaint about upi reversal transaction | |||
The bank gave up on my complaint stating they can't help me as the other bank failed to respond. The concern is about money. It's insane that a bank gives up and keeps the money with them. They took 35 days to respond the query and nothing has been updated. The fault is from kotak bank. Is there any other superior to escalate as the money matters alot to me than to bank.
