[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — They hold my balance

I had a ECS mandate with Just Dial and used ho pay my emi online thorough another account so as I cancelled the NACH through mobile banking app on 11th may 2021 but as per the customer care executive still just dial was able to hit my account 6 times so as charges of ₹ 6077.00 have been applied to my account. Which shows as balance hold-recoverable in the statements. When I produced the screenshots of the conformation of successfully removal of NACH from my account the customer care executive told me that they will write off the charges and after 15 days now they are saying that your charges have been removed and you wont be refunded any of the charges
