Hi,
An unauthorised credit card is issued linked to my PAN. This was identified during my home loan enquiry in my CIBIL report.
Back in 2019 it was issued with a max limit of 15K. Seems this limit was utilized then and due to default payment has severely affected my CIBIL score.
Whereas I have never applied for any Kotak credit card. Neither there is any communication from bank till now. Even I reached to Kotak branch credit card team, they were not able to trace any CC from my name, dob, mobile, etc. So have asked to reach customer care. But IVR option only allows if I have a Credit card detail or account details.
Now to rectify this, I am lost with no option. Please suggest if somehow, I can trace this card and delist from my PAN. Also request the Bank authorities to look into this issue urgently and fix my CIBIL.
Any leads or support will be really helpful.
