My name is kareema. I am an new account holder in kotak bank. My account number is [protected] and crn number is[protected]. I applied for 811. My contact person was akshay pawar he suggested me to open for 10000 savings account and also told me about the benefits of this account so i opened this account because of his suggestions. After opening of account after 2-3days i told that i want to apply for the credit card so he said to me that you can apply for privy league account as it requires cheque of an amount of rupees 500000/- (5lacs) and told me about the benefits if this account and he also comitted that i will get the credit card. I also told him that i have never applied for loan or credit card before than also he said that no problem mam you will get the credit card. But now my credit card request has been declined. I am very disappointed by the kotak bank services as their employees false commits to their holder and i am unhappy from the services of kotak bank Was this information helpful? | |||
