Ankit Agarwal, account holder of Great Kotak Bank, which had done extraordinary care for his customer like me. I had given a request to kotak customer care for 4 Individual FD ( no link ) from saving account and they have given the extra care and book for 6 Fixed deposits because of which my passbooks shows very beautiful with debit and credit entries of reversed transaction ( failed txn).
Kotak customer care executive and MANAGER, had given me all the details over the phone without any verification on non registered mobile number, which shows very high security level of my account.
still the great services were not over.
After pointing out kotak mistake, executive had called me on my registered mobile on LATE EVENING and started directly blaming that sir this your sweep in account hence it has been done, executive and manager both were saying that, but actually it was saving account.
executive had also changed the kotak basic saving account policy (i.e. you will get 6 % on a normal saving account on maintaining balance of more than 1L.
Than I as an customer trained the executive about the policy and conditions of kotak bank. This helps customer to create leadership quality ( after training to arrogant customer care executive. Bank is giving us opportunity to trained their executive as an trainer and listen their blaaaaa blaaaa)
now manager and executive had given me promise 3 thrice that I will receive a call within 30 min but 30 mins is not over in 2 days also.
Further escalation has been moved to our chief manager from kotak bank, he apologized for this mistake like this his duty and trying to explain me that this human error. So I request to him, that I don't want to continue any relationship with kotak because of such great service from kotak.
He requested to continue with kotak and he make sure that this would not repeat in future and he promised me to waive 150 some charge from my account upfront. But still I don't want to continue my account with that bank I explained the reason to chief manager of kotak bank.
Still he requested to continue with bank than I given him one condition on which I can continue my relationship with kotak bank. but even that has not been fulfilled from more than 40 days aprox.
So, now I am looking for compensation of 50, 000 for their such memorable and good service from kotak bank.
