Kotak Mahindra Bank — worst credit card service | |
This is in the reference no[protected]. I applied it on 10 june 2018. On 18 june i called the customer care about the status and i was told that card has been approved and i will get the card within 5 working days. Then again i called on 25 june ans again they told me card is approved but there is some delay so they have mailed the concerned department for the same and ill get the reply in 2 days. But today when i called they told me that it has been declined. How can they decline after being approved and even i have an excellent cibil record. So now i want the solution for it.
