Its been almost 4 weeks i have opened an account with kotak securities and since then i am following up with customer care and the kotak executive who helped me in opening and account to help me with the demo of your application on web and app but they are least bothered. I am really disappointed with all the false promise and the kindly of service provided by kotak even though paying more then what other banks were asking to open an account. I think i did a big mistake opening the account.
