KPN Speed Parcel Service — 25 kg Rice bag is not received to Chennai guindy office

I booked my parcel from madurai Villapuram branch booked on 11/07/23 ( LR no: MDR[protected] to Chennai guindy. Still the parcel is not arrived at Chennai yard. No one is responding about the parcel. Planning to file police complaint. Please taken immediate action.
