I have sent parcel from Salem to Chennai Ambattur OT through KPN parcel service on 7th Nov. But it wrongly reached to Ambattur estate. 4 days later(11th Nov) it reached Ambattur OT. Out of 3 boxes only 2 box is reached. And that also damaged. Box is broken and bitten by rat and product also damaged. Respective person is very irresponsible. Need a proper response, compensation for damaged product and all three boxes which i sent.
