Kpoptify — Lost money to a ecommerce website

I have BTS kpop merchandise on an online eCommerce website "https://www.thekpoptify.co/". I have found this site through their Instagram account "https://www.instagram.com/thekpoptify/?hl=en". I have ordered merchandise worth 22.45$. I have placed order on[protected]. I have received an order confirmation email account. When the order was taking longer than specified I wrote a mail to them. They have responded specifying that I will be receiving the order in a while and they are sorry for delay. It happened to delay more so I started writing mails and pinging them in their Instagram account but I failed to get a response from them. They were posting new content on their Insta account. This means they are active and can see my see my messages. They choose to ignore me. Please help me get my money back.
