Kpoptify — no refund given

I ordered a bts army box from kpoptify and then waited for three months for it i continuously asked them for the status but the same answer was given that it will be shipped and not to worry but it never came and now that i asked for a refund they are not replying back.
They haven't even given me a tracking number yet. I also tried through instagram and facebook but they aren't replying me back this is not the first time they have done this to someone. This site is fraud it doesn't deliver you the product or gives a refund back. I just want my money back.
