Hello, i had taken loan on march 2019. But i was unable to pay the loan on time because due to covid 19. Government order to lockdown, i was not able to repay, as per the rbi loan repayment date as begin increase. I told that guys next month i would able to repay the amount, but the guy nitin rao not able to talk proper, it will effect ur profile n all saying, but has per rbi guiding it will not effect. I have taken a loan of rs 10000 (Flipkart evoucher) from kreditbee and added to my flikart account. But my flipkart account was blocked by them. So i contact flipkart customer care for enquiry about my e voucher. They told me to contact kreditbee for refund of my evoucher. So i mailed million times since december 2019 to kreditbee for my refund. But they are responding.

KreditBee app is not obeying Govt's order for moratorium of EMI. They are sending me sms to pay the EMI by tomorrow or else they will put penalty....

As per rbi guideline in this lockdown we don't have to pay any emi. But form kreditbee daily sending me a message to pay the emi either i have to pay the extra charges. So i pay the emi. But now they not providing me the loan and informed to wait till 1st june. It's lockdown time and my mom health is not good. If you unable to provide loan then why you are taking the emi's. Kredit bee team guys are using filthy language and taking rubbish for 15 days payment delay.. Being an indian i need help.. Does no one delays payments or what?? Why i'm i getting calls and being harrassed by these filthy people who doesn't have proper skills nor don't know how to respect. Kindly do the needful.

I have taken a loan from kreditbee online loan last 5 times i have made the payment properly but for last 3 months i cant able to pay due to my job changes & also my wife health issues.. But they are threatning me too pay it. They have send random messages for all contacts & also calling them i have asking them time but they are still threatning me to pay now again & again...

I have paid my installment before due date the have received the money but in app it has not updated and after loan due date they called and asked to again i paid they said don't worry your money get refunded soon. 7th of january i have paid till date i didn't get my refund. I took loan from Kredit bee near about 30k and 5th was my EMI date. I was having some financial issue due to which I was unable to pay on 5th. Me taken loan from kreditbee it's showing repay in 24 month for 4k. But after 15 days they calling and asking 5k. 1k interest on amount of 4k. It's genuine. Taken my phone book contact and mental torture to me and my contact. Feeling unnecessary mental pressure. Suggest me to file legal complaint on this company. I have taken loan from kreditbee almost every month in 2019 and cleared them on time paying high interest to them... When i didnt paid once on time and later repaid with penality...in october 2019 they impacted my cibil score showing in credit reports that i still owe to the company... And the amount is still overdue and the loan status is still active now... There is still outstanding active loan......

I took a loan of 2000 from creditbee. I had to pay the loan in two installments. But i failed to pay my 1st installment on[protected]. They started calling me from the next day.
