Dear sir
I am travelling from Dhakuakhana to gauhati with my family, my wife and 11moths kid. due to problem of little kid i decided to stay at kritika's hotel, jagirod. authority give me room no 103. from8-30 pm to till now there has no watter in this hotel and the authority is ignoring with its less behaviour while I made complain to the authority.
due to unavailability of water we face so many problem and the hotel authority has violated the rights of consumer...
I have already paid Rs 1500/- for one night stay.
So I pray your honour to take this matter seriously and to give a good lession to the hotel authority.
