Sir,
I am resident in Kaloor. I have a 3 phase connection at my residence near PF office. The meter is faulty and I have submitted a complaint to the concerned KSEB office. They are replying that since the meter is not available with them, I have to purchase it from L&T and get is tested from Angamaly and submit the meter with certificate to them, then they will replace the meter. I do not understand why I have to do all these. Kindly inform me of the correct procedure.

consumer-19917-0 sainudeen.I report the complaint before two months at our section(5640-karuvannur).they did not take any action till date.last month I paid approximate amount.so please accept my request.

Sir,
Complaint is already registered at Pattanakkadu Elecricity board on[protected]. During[protected] the the electricity bill showed the same probem. Since December 2012 the electicity bill was around Rs.350. But from January 2013 the bill is above Rs.950.
