[Resolved] KSRTC — I have not got the discount amount on return ticket booking. | |||
Dear Sir I have booked bus ticket from Bangalore to Kukke Subrahmanya PNR: J45025071 and return ticket from Kukke Subrahmanya to Bangalore PNR: J45025072 for which I got a discount of Rs.156/-. Ten days before the journey I got the message as Kukke Subrahmanya to Bangalore bus is canceled and I have made the calculation of that ticket and booked another ticked from Kukke Subrahmanya to Bangalore PNR: J45324280 for which I have not got the discount amount. We are in receipt of your mail. This is to inform you that difference amount of Rs.156/- will be refunded separately within next 7 days.
If refund is not received within 10 days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (Other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
