I have booked a flat 6 months back but due to financial issue I have cancelled. Since six months I am following same but amount not yet refunded everytime I am getting response like cheque are ready only need to sign on check and same response I am getting since 2-3 week.
I have submitted medical report as a proof why I cancelled so they agreed to refund....

I have booked flat in 2019, and taken the handover March 2019,
Kumar Builder suppose to pay Property Tax from assesment year 2018 when the building was suppose to ready, but they didnt paid and the tax is still on their name. Now i am asking them to pay tax, they informed me to pay for year 2019 till date. I paid my part after calculating tax for March 2019-2 March 022 although the tax is not on my name just flat is with me . Still...

A Fraudster is threatening me by posting my mobile number ([protected]) in sexual content ads . L have already paid them some amount but still they are demanding more money. Please please help me l am scared because of them...

During construction of this project a pit was created on back side of the building for drainage of washroom/kitchen water.
Now someone who claims to have acquired the land has demolished the pit and blocked our drainage.

This is causing all the water from septic tank inside our apartment to overflow in society basement.
Complete basement is inhabitable and smelling.
We have kids living in our society....

Hi sir,

I paid 10, 000/- as booking amount for the villa to Kumari Builders on dated[protected] and they stated if we canceled the booking then they will return the amount.

After that, I have changed my plan and canceled the booking and asked them to refund it through call and also sent the mail on July 14th regarding the same.

But till now I haven't received my money back, called so many times...

I want to return or refund my product, because you sent my the wrong produnt which i was ordered, and i want to contact you but no.

This order is dilevred in 3 march and i want to try to return this till 4 march then i cll bluedart service they say contact to pickrr but no any customer service number you have... Please solve my problem because i think 30 days return policy on this product worth...

I have complain with kritika builder.
I have paid 1, 30000/- to pawan tiwari in 2015 for booking flat in prabhav township near vidya vikasani school vasai. Now flat developed by manoj upadhyaya.
When i visit on site and ask for flat manoj told "i don't know pawan tiwari this is my site and don't have any booking from you please contact pawan.
Almost 3 year done but i still struggling for refund there is know...

Kumari builders are delaying projects hope fully. Elite project is not yet completed its construction. I am waiting for this project from more than a year. Even though there is no quality in their construction, specially in elite project which is located at begur road. If we ask them regarding quality they are giving silly answers. These are the big cheaters in bangalore. last year i went to their office in hsr layout and had bought a 2 bhk flat from them. but till they are not completed the project and given me. recently i heard that all the documents for the particular project are illegal. so that only they are delaying the project. so dont go to kumari builders. avoid this company....

Be careful with kumari builders and developer of bangalore while booking property from them. Once you booked a flat, they will start playing with you. It is even more challenging to get in touch with the concern crm and your endless phone calls will remain unanswered. If by luck anyone received your call and they got to know about you, then they will simply make an excuse of calling you back within few minutes. From the past one month they...

Please be careful, after you bought a flat, it is difficult to get in touch with the concern people. Phone will be ringing and nobody will answer and if by mistake they receive the call will say will call you back in 2 minutes and that is it will never get the call or they will reply to your mails or to sms.
