Kun Hyundai — Car service

I visited the Adyar, Chennai branch Kun Hyundai Car Service. To my surprise, the consultants are lazy and they made me wait 2 hours to take my Car in their garage though I have already registered my service. Since it is regular service and the car is in excellent condition (no engine or any other major problem), I was assured, the delivery the same day. When I tried to contact them, they are unable to reach and whenever they picked up my phone, there was some lame excuses. Later they postponed it to next day. I was trying 100 times, finally the representative Mr. Hema Kumar who received my vehicle asked me to collect the vehicle at 8.30 pm. In low light that too in night and the service people were in hurry since service closes at 5 pm, I could not see what they have to my car. To my surprise after coming to my home I found that the back door was tried to be opened with screw driver and there was damage in back door. The hydraulic door closers on the back door were just attached after it is damaged with screw driver and the door fell on my head and I have to immediately replace it by spending rupees 900/-. Though Kun Hyundai, Adyar, Chennai had contacted me for the feedback, there is no much help. I can only caution the public, not to go to Kun Hyundai, Adyar, Chennai Car Service, as I have experienced worst service I ever had in my whole life. Consumer Beware, they have charged me more than Rs.10, 000/- for a normal service, is it not robbing. They are real robbers indeed.
