Kurl ON — Chairs

I bought four poly-tuff parmar chairs from a shop named 'kurl on' in wagholi, pune on 6th may 2016 with a guaranty of two years. The next day we found out that two of the chairs are bent and anybody who will sit on them will fall. We faced embarrassment in front of our guests. Now when we went to him and asked to replace the chairs, he said he doesn't have another piece left and will bring them in a week. We went after a week to him and again he said the same. It happened thrice and now he says whenever the chair will come we have to come and take. It is not his fault if there's defect in chairs. He was rude and unprofessional.
