It was pressed from one side for about 4 inches....

The main head supplier of kolkata(paritam [protected]) called me and asked for 2 more days as they already delayed the deleivery, even after passing of two days the product not received and he is not attending my call nor replying my whtsapp msg...

Actually I purchased a kurl on mattress last 5 months back and now the mattress is pressed downwards from one side and it is still in warranty period and it's my complaint about it I request to please take actions against it as soon as possible...

Under this the mattress was applied for replacement and my complaint was approved but it's been 2 years since the complaint still the mattress hasn't been replaced the replacement was initiated in december 2015 it's 2017 still my mattress isn't replace whenever i call the customer care they say that replacement has initiated and it will be replaced i don't know how many years it will take to replace...

I have bought kurl on mattress few months before for an amount of rs 6000 afterwards due to poor quality i request for change and they just repair it and take extra1000 rs and the product is not satisfactory..i have bought that expensive product due the mark of brand and quantity perspective and now they are not listening . moreover they are not even bother to pick up call or respond an email.please look into this matter and i hope to get...

I bought four poly-tuff parmar chairs from a shop named 'kurl on' in wagholi, pune on 6th may 2016 with a guaranty of two years. The next day we found out that two of the chairs are bent and anybody who will sit on them will fall. We faced embarrassment in front of our guests. As per the KURL ON person visited mattress spring is damaged leading to health issues in our family sand same need to be replaced. But after that visit no action has been taken from company.I am trying to reach out to the company but the customer care no also come busy and my call always be on waiting and get disconnected after 15 min.

I raised compliant with Curl on 2 months back & I have been given a complaint number. With repeated follow up with customer care, I did not get any call back or survey done for mattresses. They calling there company as number 1 & I call it worst company who fail to fulfill customer service and do not provide quality product.
