I have my complaint number 95508
Under this the mattress was applied for replacement and my complaint was approved but it's been 2 years since the complaint still the mattress hasn't been replaced the replacement was initiated in december 2015 it's 2017 still my mattress isn't replace whenever i call the customer care they say that replacement has initiated and it will be replaced i don't know how many years it will take to replace please help me out Was this information helpful? |
