As per the KURL ON person visited mattress spring is damaged leading to health issues in our family sand same need to be replaced. But after that visit no action has been taken from company.I am trying to reach out to the company but the customer care no also come busy and my call always be on waiting and get disconnected after 15 min.

Kurl-on mattress are of worst quality.
Even its customer support is worst.
Kurl on is a FAKE company with all FAKE products.
I bought one set last year and am forced to replace 2 times but the third one also failed. Do not go for Kurl-on.
Please i suggest you all NEVER BUY KURL-ON MATTRESS..
AND THE CREDITS GOES TO PUNE KURL-ON OFFICE GUYS...WORST GUYS EVER I SEEN IN ANY COMPANY.
