[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — 4 burner cooktop | |||
I had bought a chimney and the 4 burner cooktop for my house. The cooktop has had issues since day one. One of the burner was missing to start with and it was squarely blamed on me that I must have lost it. The whole box and everything was kept as it is but the company was not ready to believe me. I paid for the burner since I had to get it running. After 1 month one of the knobs got stuck and would not turn off. ( A big hazard and safety issue). It was corrected by directly contacting the service person (worker) because their helpline numbers always goes unanswered. Now almost 3 months after buying, one of the burner has stopped working and as usual there is no way to get through to any helpline listed by them. Its like sell the product take the money and forget it. Pathetic product and Pathetic after sales support. Was this information helpful? | |||
