I have purchased a chimney smarty dlx 75 from your distributor office addresses 39/a dumdum road kol 74 on 15.09.19 from your agent named prabir chatterjee. But till now i haven't got my bill (Computerised bill including your gst no). I had already visited your office physically 4th times but they just informed me that they will do it.
