Good afternoon, Sorry to say but i am totally confused and also it seems you people are harrasing the customers. I have registered a paid service request on 22nd february 2020. Your service representative called me 4-5 times and forced me to do amc. I was not interested and rather told to do the paid services. He totally ignored and told it will charge double cost without even seeing the chimney. I told i would speak with the customer care and get back to you Is this something which a customer is expecting? I heard a lot of names of this company and i personally bought this chimney from head office. Is this something i was waiting to hear Secondly i called 15-20 times customer care till date and they have assigned someone who has still not given me a single call. Last year when i requested for paid service i have struggle for 5 months. I got my service after 5 months which is in october 2019. And then i called in february which you are delaying. It seems company is delaying for more than 4 months so that they can double charge. I am totally confused and i am not getting what to do next. Any suggestions or still i need to wait 5 more months as 1 month has already passed. Please take some necessary action against the technician from howrah who always have a nag to showcase there talent in lobby rather than work. Also let me know the hr email i'd and share the escalation matrix as this not a matter of payment but the behaviour of your service department. I will also mark the hrd and consumer forum fraud if i am not getting an apology or proper email from kutchina. Also note i am available from 11am to 4pm in phone.
