In gurantee period we have complaint to your rourkela distributor /service agent anshad khan for break down of chimney 2013 but service man came & just cleaned the chimney, after repeatedly chase up of non heating of chimney & self discharge is not working is is being ignored by your local service people, after some time they came and told the card is not working, and charged for the card, and now finally they changed the motor with second hand motor & asking to change the heater coil with charging with 7000.00 for heater coil, which is not ethically right.Please look into the matter and short out our issue under warranty.
