[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Chimney not working/motor burn

I purchase a chimney on 01/12/2019 from Great Eastern Retrails Pvt. Ltd., model name ESSA Excel 60. But from October'20 it's totally shutdown due to motor problem. As per Barrackpur service center the motors are still unable after 3 month. After installation of new motor those are burn again in same day. And the last docket number is [protected] on 20/01/2020.
