[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — chimney service misguided | |||
I purchased a chimney from royal sanitary, rishra, west bengal. While installation, the technician misguided and informed that kutchina servicing will be done in 6 months automatically, without any request. Now, almost 9 months, passed by, we called up for technician. He showed that 3 free services are available within 4, 8 and 12 months. After servicing the chimney for the first time, he took the coupon of third servicing citing the previous two has elapsed. How funny... A customer taking a product of the company for the first time and he is not updated of the services available and at the time of providing service, he is informed that service is unavailable due to time lapse. Do you think, we will recommend kutchina to any of my relatives, friends or collegues. Kindly come out with a solution of providing another free service within 12 months, else i quit and take the issue to authorities and social media. Was this information helpful? | |||
