[Resolved]  Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Complain about the breakdown of the glass on the kutchina chimney

This is a serious complain regarding the breakdown more of an explosion of the glass on the kutchina chimney model number: Cruize Excel; Product : K/C ; Machine code no. : C[protected] ; Date of installation:18.12.2019. Today morning we heard an explosion in the kitchen when we went there to see we saw that the glass part of the chimney was broken down and the glass bits are shattered all over the kitchen. The chimney was not even switched on at that time neither was anything on the stove. Luckily there was no one in the kitchen at that time or it would have been a serious accident. This took place for the second time. Do you think it's joke? Exactly after 1 year of the incident again the top glass of the chimney has broken. This time again with the same sound of bursting. It is a life threatening incident. Can we come to the conclusion that your product is faulty?
