Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Complaint about Water Purifier

This is to inform you that the technician does not take care o[censored]s . At lockdown period my water purifier which is in warranty period gone bad and as you know your toll free number are not available at that time which forced me to take service with authorised distributor of Kutchina products . But the shop owner does not registered my service with Kutchina which made my service local. Irrespective of knowing all the truth the technician denied my service and he is telling my free service is expired. The technician is telling that I will look upon the matter since last one month but he didnt. The technician has also blocked my docket number without visiting to me. And Because o[censored]navailability of water I had spent 5000 Rs to purchase water from outside. So kindly take action upon my problem as soon as possible
