Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Complaint on Kutchina regarding Chimney | |||
I have purchased an auto clean chimney with i-clean technology model - AMAZE 75. The chimney has been installed by authorised service personal. The Sr. No. of product mentioned in warranty card (warranty card provided at a later date as same was not available in the package) is different from that marked in the chimney. I have sent several mails to customer service and talked several times but till date they have not taken any action in this regard. Further since installation more than one month has elapsed and not a single time auto clean has happened. In this regard also I have sent mail to customer care no. but I have not received any response. It clearly indicates that they are least bothered after a product is sold.
