I would like to address pathetic experience and duplicate/damaged product installation with Kutchina.
Me and my wife went to Kutchina Dealer on 06.02.2022 and with so much assurance from him bought Kutchina 3 burner hob in cash immediately as we wanted to gift to our mom dad in anniversary (bill attached)
On 07.02.2022 morning the technician arrived and installed the product and showed the demo too. Everything was good and my parents were happy.
The distress started from 11.02.2022 when the small burner stopped working. We called the dealer person and he agreed to send technician.
On 11.02.2022 the technician arrives and suddenly says the third/small burner only will ignite if the other two burners are lit. We were surprised as it wasn’t told to us and he also told customers are not informed with this limitations during purchase.. Reaaallyyyy??
He serviced and told it wont happen again and left. Soon after he left the problem starts again and we called him again. He told to speak to dealer and when we call him he was continuously buying time saying his family members are sick and he is still speaking to company.
We again called Kutchina customer care and got call from one lady and she agreed to send technician but without any commitment when.
So basically the burner is non usable now and its already 11days over. The best gift and experience we gave to our parents.
