[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Induction cooker (bronzy) | |||
I have purchased kutchina induction cooker model name Bronzy, which I purchased on 18/06/2021. It is not working so I complaint for it on customer care on 6 aug 2021. They said it will repair soon. 15 days left but no one come to repair so I called again they said we are oscillating your request and forced to service center for taking quick action, after that I get a call from ghaziabad (up) which is 800 km far from me and that person says that I am forward your request. After that I called again to customer care and they said same ( we are oscillating your request and etc) . Then I got call from merrut (u.p.) service center which is also 600km away from my location and they said we are forwarding your request and no one came to repair. Then again and again I called to customer care and I got call from another another location and they refuse to give service to my location. Today it has been 50 days and no one come here to repair the induction. So please, I request you to take action to this.
