[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — irresponsible behavior and harassment | |||
Shampa mitra took full payment of chimney smarty 29000 and then did not deliver the product on committed date. I took leave from office for installation but she failed the delivery 3 times on the day. Finally mechanic came today and told angle is not provided to him for installation on window. He and we called shampa mitra to send the necessary equipments but she simply ignored our calls and replied "arrange yourself". We are surprized seeing such irresponsible behavior from a branch manager of bajoria. I want strong action against this lady as she knows only to harrous customers and avoid duties. She is not even bothered how installation can be done without necessary equipments when she herself inspected the area before purchase. Was this information helpful? | |||
