[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Kutchina asking for double payment for AMC | |||||
I paid rs. 4000 for a 3 years amc to ace marketing. The contract is valid till aug, 2018 but i am not getting the service from ace. When i called kutchina they asked me to pay again for the amc service as ace is no more their authorized dealer. Infact when i contacted kutchina first to book a chimney it was kutchina who introduced me to ace marketing and ace was acting on kutchina's behalf and booked my order for the chimney and that is the reason why i paid the amc charges to ace. But now why should i suffer as a customer due to kutchina's internal problem with ace. Kutchina is cheating its customers by forcing to pay twice for the same service. When kutchina introduced me to ace marketing now it is their responsibility to either arrange for the amc service for which i already paid or should arrange to refund me my money back. I would never recommend anybody to buy a kutchina product. Infact i will share my experience with as many people as possible to make customers aware before thinking of purchasing a kutchina product.
