This to inform you that, the Brio Premium 75 chimney sold by Kutchina's dealer is a completely faulty and troublesome product. We have been facing troubles since the day of installation of this product.
We were using an old Kutchina Chimney (Vogue) model which was used to exchange for against this new Brio chimney and adjusted in the payment. The new product was installed on 29th April 2022 but the dealer refused to give us a tax invoice initially. They handed us an informal bill of amount Rs. 23990/-.
After repeated complaints, they gave us the tax invoice without accounting for the old chimney exchange value and gave us a bill for Rs. 18790/-. (that is, not including the exchange discount of Rs.5000/-)
Since the installation, there has been an oil leakage problem and we have lodged multiple complaints with the customer care department. There were 5 different technicians who visited innumerable times but no one was able to completely fix the issue.
We enquired about this product and researched online to find that several customers had faced the same issue with this BRIO chimney model. The retail stores also told us that this chimney is no longer in sale. This product is 100% defective that was sold to us and most importantly that had been done deliberately.
Finally, the company agreed to replace our product on 4th April 2023 but only with the same BRIO PREMIUM 75 model which is known to be defective and they refused to give any warranty on the replaced product.
They even ask us for additional payment as they refused to acknowledge the exchange amount of Rs.5000 and only referred to the tax invoice bill of Rs. 18790. We have kept the informal bill with us as proof of the total payment amount but the company does not entertain our calls anymore.
We have tried all possible ways to file a complaint but in vain. We had a good experience with Kutchina for 10 -12 years and never expected this from them.
The dealers are selling defective products intentionally and doing fraud with us. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative with us. We do not want to take a replacement of a defective product with another defective model. Also, we no longer want to waste our efforts with this unprofessional dealer/company.
Hence, we request you to arrange full refund of Rs. 23990/- .
Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful accordingly.
