Chimney is not working for more than 3 months. Many times docketed to the local service centre but no one attended till date. Amc done on 31.08.2019 for a period of 3 years. They are not receiving the phone.

After complaining one engineer visited and suggested to change the housing of the chimney. I agreed to pay the cost of above housing. He placed a requisition of the above housing but he didn’t turb up till now. Hence we are suffering so much.
