[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — kutchina chimney servicing is very bad | |||
Hi.. we have been calling to kutchina customer care for chimney servicing since a month and every time we call we have been told that the servicing guy will call us but it never happend. I have asked to give me the servicing guy number and that also.did not happen.. I wanted to escalate this as we did not get the response properly.. very irresponsible act this is and am not sure whom to complain or escalate on this...while we were buying the product we have been told that the servicing will be quick but now the situation is different.
