[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — kutchina chimney smartec model | |||
We purchased one kutchina smartec chimney on july, 2019 (Dealer srijoni). During 1st service (After 3 months of installation; october, 2019), the technician from kutchina informed that one of the plastic part of the chimney was cracked and it was happened during the installation time. We informed immediately to the dealer (Srijioni & kutchina customer care) to replace the broken item, but no action was taken till now. After several call, one company representative inform us that the item may be replaced but we had to paid rs 260/- for that. Today the dealer (M/s srijoni) informed us that the same part price is rs 450/- and we had to give the amount and then only they can replaced it. M/s srijoni informed us that the item will be repaired if we will paid rs 450/- otherwise they will not do any work. The item was under warranty and the during installation the item was damaged for which the company and the dealer is asking for payment and the amount is different from company executive and from dealer, please do the necessary action. Purchase a brand new product from SMU enterprise on 25 Aug19 and its schedule servicing was on Dec19, accordingly booked a appointment, bud no body attend till date also no confirmation not getting the service center. My case No.[protected] got the SMS on 19.12.2019. its very bad experence to purcahse the product from the brand.

My case No.201912191163758 got the SMS on 19.12.2019. its very bad experence to purcahse the product from the brand.
I ordered a kutchina chimney on 28/202020, but I have not received any mature bill or printed bill with it, I have not received any mannual book, I have not received any warrenty copy, I hope I will be given the printed bill with machine number which May be useful to me in the coming days.
