[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Kutchina Chimney smarty DLX 75 "Oil L pipe required" | |||
Technician visited for a routine service of the Chimney and found Oil L pipe replacement requirement. The same reported to the office by the Technician on 8th Dec. 2020. However, after checking with the customer care of the Head Office multiple times, the "Oil L Pipe" replacement has not been done. The answer of the customer care is that the spare parts not available and needs to be collected from the factory. My question is that Kuchina is respected brand and waiting for a simple Oil Pipe for 1 and half months is not satisfactory effort towards customer satisfaction. How many months do I need to wait for a Oil L pipe which is essential and you know you can not stop cooking and without Oil L pipe there is a high possibility of spreading Oil here and there in the machine.
