Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Modular kitchen broken and technician not responding

I had purchased modular kitchen from Kutchina in April 2021 i.e. last year. It is still under warranty. There is some issue with one of the cabinets and it's been about 12 business days but they have not sent any technician. I've been trying to reach them every alternate day. They say, they have escalated the problem, they would take immediate action. But, no one is actually helping me out here. I would humbly request you to take a look into this matter and help me out if at all possible.
I reside in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I had purchased Kutchina Modular Kitchen from Raylet Enterprises which is situated in Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
