[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — New Kutchina Smartec chimney not working efficiently | |||
I have purchased Kutchina Smartec chimney on 29th dec, 2019 but started noticing that the suction of the brand new chimney is very poor. I complained in January and reached out to customer care. Representative of the dealer and Kutchina company visited my house 6-7 times and changed position of oven, changed aluminium pipe to pvc pipe, gave cooking tips but never asked for written customer feedback. Inspite of these changes oil has been sprayed on the walls of the kitchen increasingly. We have to close kitchen door while cooking as it fills the entire kitchen in smoke.Only once a technician said it might be a probable manufacturing defect but the reports they submitted were all saying that the machine is working fine. After lockdown finally they have again visited my place and saying to go for servicing. I am convinced that they are just doing this to kill time and not going to take any action about the faulty device. Even after several follow ups, they failed to rectify the problem we face daily. We have used Ultrafresh chimney for the last 8 years with no problem and they have exchanged this working chimney with the new one with poorer result. Was this information helpful? | |||
