I've purchased a electric chimney bearing machine (Stanza ss) code no c[protected] on 03/01/2018 and date of installation 01/02/2018.in spite of several calling over telephone in your given no, no one attended for a single service of he machine after the date of purchase.in every cases it has been informed that service man will be attended in time, but none has came to service the machine. Hope, initiative will be taken immediately for serving of machine as it has started giving problem. If no initiative has been taken from your end shortly the issue will be taken before consumer forum as well as before the appropriate authority. Was this information helpful? | |||||
