I desired to buy a kutchina kitchen chimney and contacted customer care over phone and accordingly a representative visited our home and demonstrated the products. As per his request i paid him rs. 100/- on 15.04.2017 and told him that he would be informed when the kitchen was ready for installation. He made frequent telephone calls from the telephone no. [protected] to me from two weeks ago for giving him a cheque as the price of the chimney would be increased from 1st june, 2017. I told him i could make a part payment by cheque as the kitchen was not yet ready for installation.
On 31st may he along with a person came to our house and told me that a computer generated bill had already been raised (Without my consent) and demanded the full amount of the product. I declined to pay as the kitchen is not ready.
Consequently he misbehaved with us. I made a complaint on 31st may, but nothing was done, other than just a casual phone call.in this connection i sent reminders on 18.06.2017 and 01.07.2017, every time a new representative called me over phone and told me the same dialogue"let me check the details".. I'm shocked how irresponsible one can be.. Yesterday i made a compliant over phone and i was informed that the advanced money could not be refunded as it was used by the company as the processing fee.. When i asked the representative what processing the company did for me as i didnt order any of the products, she told me the same dialogue "let me check the details".. But they never respond twice... This is a horrible experience..
The representatives who came to my home, threaten me and used slang languages..
