I have paid 3 years AMC Charges in advance.But every time they do not provide service after booking.In all occasions I am to give reminder for atleast 5 times during a period of 3 months.This time again I booked on 11.01.17 vide docket no.[protected] but no one came till date.I lodge one complain at [protected]@kutchina.com on 27.01.17.After 2nd reminder they apologize for delay but till date they took no initiative to solve my problem.Till now I send 4 reminders but they are mum.They must pay financial penalty to harass the customer year after year.

Its going to be around 1 year of buying the product but there has been no contact from the company side for servicing. Inspite of calling them for product servicing there has been no response from the company side.
