Bought the purifier on january' 2016 worth rs.18000 plus. Already spent around 10, 000 on its maintenance in 2 years. Water quality keeps deteriorating. More over the service persons here are amateur. Last time a service person came after which my filter is constantly leaking. Called him 3-4 times but he always cancels the call. Dissatisfied with the service. Evertime they charge around rs.300 to rs.400. Never expected such irresponsible behaviour from a trusted brand like yours. Kindly focus on maintaining the quality and service instead of advertising. A waste of nearly rs 30000. Was this information helpful? | |||
