I purchased a Kutchina Hobs (Model HB-2BZ Excel in March, 2015. I started facing problem with the appliance in early October, 16. After reporting the matter to your Customer Service Call Centre, a technician came on 07 October, 16, inspected the appliance, carried out some general cleaning and servicing and advised that for one of the burners, a component needs to be changed; and for this, I had to log in a fresh complaint. I acted accordingly and my docket number is[protected] dated 14 October, 16. Since then, I am following up the matter without any success. Every time I call, I get a standard reply saying that the part is on the way and would be available in the next week and the problem would be resolved. Like this, I must have made at least ten calls and Kutchina has "shifted the goal post" every time. I am truly surprised with the poor service of Kutchina I am a 70 years old retired Mechanical Engineer staying with my wife only who is also of nearly my age. I am unable to take your harassment any more. Kindly treat this message as a warning message. If my problem does not get solved within 7 days from now, I shall be constrained to report the matter to the District Consumer Redressal Forum. Was this information helpful? |
