Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Purica Excel Water Purifier

We purchased Kutchina Purica Excel water purifier on 23/11/2018 with AMC prevailing from 30/11/18 to 29/11/21. However, 2 of your technicians visited recently on 16/03/21 and 14/04/21 to resolve the continued defects of non-functioning of my purifier. But unfortunately, we are facing the same water inlet/outlet problems since 2 days now. It's been 2-3 days now that we are without drinking water and am forced to buy mineral water again, in spite of having AMC for water purifier. I did register a complaint on the Tollfree number as well as [protected]@kutchina.com but there has been no response at all because of Covid lockdown. Although we understand the situation, but then water is an essential item and needs to be resolved on priority. Please consider this on highest priority and send some technician to repair the said problem at the earliest.
